How do I make a booking?
- You can make a booking or check slot availability by selecting the booking option on our site.
- Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the session start time.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We don't accept cash ss all are bookings have to be paid for in advance to secure the time
- We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Do you offer discounts?
- We offer competitive bundle deals. Please check out our special offers section.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations, only reschedules.
Please reach out to us if you need to reschedule after the 24-hour reschedule window.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
- If you need to reschedule a booking that is more than 12 hours away,
you can do so by clicking “Change Appointment” on your confirmation email.
- If your booking is within 12 hours, we are unable to move or cancel it. However, if you made an error, please reach out to us directly.
Is there free parking?
- There is no dedicated parking on the premises, but limited spaces are available.
Can I bring musicians/friends?
- Yes, but you must inform us in advance of how many guests you are bringing. Each suite has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Is the studio accessible 24/7?
- Our operating hours are 10 am – 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. Access is by booking only.
We’re open 24/7 for online bookings.
Can I book a studio for a half or full day?
- Yes, we have half-day and full-day rates available. Please check out our Rates page.
Do you hire out studio spaces long-term for exclusive use?
- At this time, we do not. For long-term use, please see our membership bundles,
which offer heavily discounted rates and regular access to our suites.
Can I get the session files/stems after my session?
- Yes, you can. Please tick this option when booking so our engineer can prepare your files.

Bookings
- Bookings may also be rescheduled 24 hours before the session start time.
Cancelations
- Unfortunately, we can't accommodate cancellations. If you are unable to attend your book, please reach out to us to reschedule it to a later date.
Studio Rules
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere within the building, including washrooms and stairwells. If you smoke outside the building, you must be at least 25 feet from the studio doors and windows.
- Please do not leave cigarette butts on the property grounds if you do smoke.
- Fast GAS, & Drug use are STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the property.
- Any such behaviour by the clients or by the clients’ crew or guests will result in immediate termination of the booking and removal of the person(s) from the facility, with no refund of paid time
- Only individuals essential to the recording be present during the booked time.
- In the event a piece of studio gear owned by Vision Lab or any part of its facility becomes damaged by you, or anyone in your party, due to negligence, accident, or willful act, you agree to provide monetary compensation in the amount of full replacement value of the damaged item. Damage to the studio property of any kind that are a result of anyone in client's party or group will be assessed to client's account.
